Starting this year, the HSE is publishing a Russian-language version of ‘International Higher Education’ – a quarterly published by Boston College, USA.

On January 20, 2014, the Agency of Strategic Initiatives and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation presented the ‘Global Education’ programme, which will allow Russian citizens to study in leading global universities’ postgraduate programmes at public expense. HSE is Entering BRICS League of Universities
A group of Chinese and Russian higher education institutions, including the Higher School of Economics, have initiated the creation of a BRICS League of Universities. The League aims to become a platform for academic and expert cooperation, comparative research, and international educational projects.
‘We Need to Talk’
On November 21st, meetings of three working commissions of the Leading Russian HEIs in Economics and Management Association took place at the HSE – on the quality and audit of educational programmes, on staff problems and on experience exchange. Russia Holland Inter-University Partnership
On the 15th-16th November on the eve of the “Crossroads” Russia- Holland year, HSE held a conference for the directors of leading universities in Holland and Russia. “The Russia-Holland inter-university partnership: new academic and scientific priorities.”
Birth and Revival of Universities
On October 19th and 20th 2012, the 3rd International Conference of the Russian Association of Higher Education Researchers ‘The Birth and Revival of Universities’ took place at the HSE.
A Special ICEF Jubilee Graduation
On the 25th of September the International College of Economics and Finance held its graduation ceremony and a reception for alumni at the residence of the British Ambassador in Moscow.
Heads of the World’s Leading Young Universities will Come Together at the HSE
From October 18th – 20th the annual Russian Association of Higher Education Researchers conference on ‘ The Birth and Rebirth of Universities’ will take place at the HSE. A seminar for heads of young international universities will take place as part of the conference.
